A chill morning sitting out on Mark and Jayne’s terrace.

We met Glynn who does pool maintenance for them, he is an 8 handicap golfer who has introduced Mark to the expats golf society in the area. In the afternoon Kay and I played with Mark at La Sella golf course.
We were joined by Richard Hargreaves who may be a future golfing buddy for Mark. A nice course but quite tough. I managed to find a lot of trouble so despite hitting the ball well I struggled. We had a beer after the game and then headed back to the villa for a shower and a beer whilst waiting for a taxi to Moraira. It is a lovely village with a great sea front and beach.
We wandered around looking at restaurants and eventually settled on Del Mar which was not busy but which offered a good menu. The head waiter was Romanian! After a nice dinner we picked up a taxi and came back to the villa for a port and bed.
